As an Estimator for Hammers Construction you will be responsible for estimating commercial and industrial construction projects. This is a full-time position based in our home office in Perham, MN.
As a Project Manager with Hammers Construction you will manage and coordinate large, complex commercial and industrial construction projects. You will work closely with our clients, field staff, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to successfully complete projects under your supervision.
As Superintendent, you are the primary point of contact on the job site and the liaison between our client, building management, internal project teams and on field activities. You will be responsible for coordinating all site construction activities, supervising field personnel, driving the construction schedule to meet deadlines, and maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
As a Construction Laborer with our in-field construction crew you will perform a wide variety of construction tasks to maintain a safe, productive, and efficient job site. Regular duties include transporting equipment and materials, operating heavy equipment and machinery, digging and backfilling, placing building materials to exact specifications, following instructions from supervisors, and implementing detailed construction plans.
