JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Estimator for Hammers Construction you will be responsible for estimating commercial and industrial construction projects. This is a full-time position based in our home office in Perham, MN. We offer excellent pay and benefits. Final compensation depends on experience. The qualifications and responsibilities for this position include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a given scope of work

Perform conceptual through detail design level estimates with oversight

Help develop and improve estimating systems in a team atmosphere

Grasp construction methods and materials concepts

Adapt to client or company needs as project requirements change

Maintain and promote relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

Understand technical drawings and specifications
-
Detail oriented while working within deadlines

Able to work in a team setting that is focused on quality and results

Excellent computer, written, verbal and communication skills

Sage Estimating experience a plus

Field experience a plus
