In short, our Air Envelope building is designed to reduce moisture and provide greater temperature control over your potato pile.  This building has side doors which provide access to potatoes in the middle of the bin.  It also has a concrete return air deck which is much easier to clean and walk on compared to a corrugated deck.  For more photos and information, head over to our Hammer-Lok website.
