We've worked with this owner on multiple projects including this building in 2008 and its expansion in 2019.  This pre-engineered metal building has an EIFS (engineered insulation & finish system) front entry, wide aisles, public bathrooms, dedicated shipping/receiving/inventory spaces, and a mezzanine level with several offices.
