Our Design/Build process exists to ensure that your project is completed on time and on budget. From construction site evaluation,  to building cost analysis, and through to full construction, HCI works hard to make sure every person involved in your project comes to the table simultaneously, developing acceptable solutions to specific project needs in full cooperation.

Even before you commit to us, we'll answer two crucial questions for you:

1. Is your site suitable for your desired structure?  HCI's Site Evaluation Includes:

  • Zoning regulations
  • Land use regulations
  • Utility costs
  • Topography

2. What is your structure going to cost?   HCI's comprehensive Square-Foot Analysis includes:

  • Detailed per-square-foot cost budget
  • Land evaluation costs
  • Evaluation of potential future growth cost compared to an immediate expansion option

HCI's Design/Build Agreement includes:

  • Detailed Site Plan
  • Preliminary Landscape/Stormwater Plan
  • Floor Plans
  • Elevations & Section Cuts
  • Building Specifications
  • Construction Costs
  • Contract for Construction

Using our Design/Build philosopy, HCI troubleshoots potential obstacles that might make it difficult - not to mention impossible - to build on your site. Then we provide you with true budget numbers you can take to the bank.

Once HCI has provided you with our Free Square-Foot analysis, we deliver a short, easy to understand agreement that incorporates all phases, entities and services needed to complete your building project.
